Initiate Your Property Transformation

Tell Nortex What You Want Your Property to Become

You do not need architectural drawings or perfect measurements to start. Tell us what lifestyle friction you want removed: zero privacy, unusable heat, exposed driveway access, dead concrete, drainage problems, or a backyard that no longer supports how your family lives.

Whether the first step is a fence, gate, patio cover, deck, kitchen, paver patio, retaining wall, or full backyard build, the planning should respect the whole property.

Trust Assets & Public Proof

Proof That North Dallas Homeowners Can Verify

Before a contractor touches the property, the proof should already be visible. Nortex brings public review history, an A+ BBB rating, bonded and insured coverage up to $2 million, and a 10-year workmanship warranty on qualifying outdoor structures.

Built for Frisco Homes

Outdoor Projects in Frisco Should Feel Planned, Not Pieced Together

Premium cedar fences, patio covers, pergolas, decks, gates, concrete, pavers, outdoor kitchens, stonework, and retaining walls planned under one accountable contractor.

The goal is not to stack pretty materials and hope the property feels custom. The goal is to make the fence, shade, hardscape, deck, gate, kitchen, and stonework feel like they belonged to the home from the beginning.

Elite Corporate Execution

Front-office Precision That Protects the Asset
From First Call to Final Walkthrough

A major property upgrade involves equipment, utilities, drainage, grade changes, access points, rooflines, fence lines, gates, pets, kids, neighbors, and HOA expectations. Nortex gives homeowners a shielded process with clearer planning, real coordination, and front-office support that keeps the project from becoming a circus with invoices.

01

Zero Budget Surprises

Zero Budget Surprises Before Work Starts

Master Trade Coordination

Master Trades Engineered to Function As One Connected Property.

Nortex connects the major backyard systems so privacy, shade, access, hardscape, decks, kitchens, and outdoor living do not feel patched together by unrelated crews. The result should feel intentional, permanent, and right for the property.

01

Architectural Comfort

Shade, Decks, Kitchens, And Full Backyard Comfort.

Patio covers, architectural shade, wood decks, permanent surfaces, outdoor rooms, and master backyard plans should work with the house, the roofline, the patio surface, the pool access, and the way people actually use the yard.

The Surface, Stone, Kitchen, and Grade Work Carry the Whole Space.

Pavers, decorative concrete, stonework, retaining walls, and outdoor rooms need base prep, drainage, slope, access, appliance clearance, transitions, and finish details planned together before the pretty stuff goes on top.

The Edge of the Property Controls Privacy, Access, And Curb Presence.

Wood fences, metal fences, swing gates, sliding gates, fence staining, and retaining walls should be treated like a perimeter system: privacy, movement, hardware, automation, grade, and finish all working together.

Transform the Property With Intentional Sequence

A beautiful addition is not a basic purchase; it is a lifestyle investment. The win is when privacy, shade, surface, access, stonework, and hosting space feel like one intentional outdoor environment.

Nortex plans backward from the lived experience: where the sun hits, how guests move, where dogs and kids run, how the gate opens, where water goes, what lines up with the house, and what turns a backyard from “fine, I guess” into the place everyone drifts toward.

Designed around real life

From Unused Square Footage to a Daily Lifestyle Necessity.

Fence lines, shade structures, pavers, concrete, kitchens, gates, decks, retaining walls, and finish details should not fight each other like raccoons in a trash can. They should work together as one connected outdoor living plan.

01

Frame the Escape

Privacy fencing, gates, and clean edges that make the property feel protected without making it feel boxed in.

02

Drop the Temperature

Patio covers, architectural shade, fans, lighting, and roofline-aware shade that make the backyard usable before sunset.

03

Establish the Floor

Pavers, decorative concrete, decks, drainage, grade control, and transitions that turn leftover yard into real outdoor rooms.

04

Create Gathering Gravity

Outdoor kitchens, stonework, fire features, lighting readiness, and gathering zones that make the space worth showing off.

Built Around the House

The strongest projects feel tied into the home instead of looking like outdoor features added later without a real plan.

Why Homeowners Upgrade

A Better Backyard Build Changes the Whole Property

Homeowners are not only buying lumber, concrete, or shade. They are improving privacy, comfort, curb appeal, property function, and how the whole home feels every time they walk outside.

A quality custom fence improves privacy, security, and the finished edge of the property.
A covered patio creates real shade, better seating comfort, and more day-to-day usability.
Pergolas, decks, and decorative concrete help organize the yard so it feels designed.
Outdoor kitchens and full backyard builds turn leftover space into one of the most used parts of the property.

In the North Dallas corridor, the best outdoor projects are not random add-ons. They are planned as extensions of the home. The roofline, masonry, fence line, drainage, shade, privacy, lighting, and traffic flow all need to make sense together or the backyard starts to feel patched together.

Nortex Fence and Patio approaches each build with that larger design logic in mind. A patio cover should feel tied to the house. A fence should frame the property cleanly. A deck or paver patio should create usable outdoor rooms instead of awkward leftover corners.

That is why homeowners in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, and the surrounding North Dallas area often choose a complete outdoor living plan instead of chasing the cheapest single trade. Better planning protects the look, the budget, and the long-term usability of the backyard.

Absolute Project Transparency

A Premium Build Should Feel Clear Before It Feels Expensive.

A luxury outdoor project should not leave homeowners guessing about scope, structure, material integrity, pricing parameters, open decisions, or what happens after approval.

01

Strategic Intake

Nortex starts by identifying the friction point, the goal, and the property logic. If a layout, material, or sequence does not protect the final result, we talk through better options early.

02

Site Logic Evaluation

Access, drainage, utilities, demo, grade, rooflines, retaining needs, trees, existing surfaces, HOA requirements, and traffic flow all dictate the plan.

03

Structural Scope & Selections

The estimate should reflect the real project direction: scope, materials, build approach, open selections, and the next steps after approval.

04

Executive Support Through Completion

From review to approval to schedule to build to walkthrough, homeowners should know where the project stands and who is helping keep it moving.
